A 47-YEAR -OLD Primary school teacher is in trouble after he allegedly raped a form 1 schoolgirl in his car.

Barnel Bharinell was dragged to Bindura magistrates courts on Friday where he was not asked to plead to a rape charge by Magistrate Amos Mbobo.
The state alleged on November 29 around 1300 hours the teacher was driving his Nissan xtrail registration number ADN4467.
He offered a lift to the complainant who was on her way home.

When she arrived at her destination, she told the teacher to drop her off, but he kept on moving, insisting he would drop her off on his way back.
He proposed love to her but was denied eventually he raped her and dropped her after the rape.
The complainant's father had received a tip-off and tasked the mother to quiz her.
She divulged the sexual abuse leading to the arrest of the teacher.
